Shetland Storytelling Festival
4th-10th August 2008
This new festival is a must for those who love a good yarn or a tall tale.
Whether you aspire to become a storyteller, or wish to improve your storytelling skills or even just to sit back, listen and immerse yourself in Shetland culture. You will socialise with our storytellers and musicians in a unique experience on a unique Island setting. Running in parallel with Shetland Arts Fiddle School Fiddle Frenzy you will be able to get the Shetland Experience in many different ways. “ I felt I had been made an honorary Shetlander for the week…” was a quote from one of our very happy but very tired Frenzy visitors.
