Blues Festival
6th Shetland Blues Festival - 28th August to 30th August 2009
Last year's festival had a great line up of performances from both local and visiting artistes including: Paul Lamb & the King Snakes, Steve Phillips, Lyndon Anderson Band, Black River Bluesmand & the Croaking Lizard, Hokum Hotshots, Daniel Smith, Cherry Lee Mewis, The After Hours R & B Revue.
2009 Line Up
With the fantastic line up that's organised for 2009, this years festival is set to be the best yet. King King has been confirmed as the headline act, with other artistes including ‘Two-Man Blues Army’ Gwyn Ashton, slide guitar maestro Kevin Brown, guitarist Bex Marshall and The King Bees. Completing the bill are The Offenders and not to mention, a variety of local bands who will also make an appearance at the festival.
