Join the crew this summer for a weekend trip onboard the Swan and enjoy a 3 day sailing experience, visiting secluded and beautiful areas of Shetland.
During the 3 day experience you will sail to some of Shetland's most picturesque, historical, vibrant and friendly outer isles on a fully restored 100 year old fishing vessel. There will be close up trips to and around the Shetland mainland and outer isles - see the parts other visitors cannot access. Sail where the wind takes you...
The vessel will become your home for the 3 day experience, allowing everyone the chance to crew the ship. Also included in this unique package is all your meals... (you might even catch a fish or two and have it for dinner the same day!). Entertainment onboard will include live music on deck, storytelling and fishing - and when ashore, you will be able to go walking, exploring, take part of tours/excursions, take part in informal social activities with locals such as dancing, exploring and listening to live music. You will be able to meet the locals and experience the personal touch. Furthermore, for most of the dates on offer, it will be Shetland's Simmer Dim with amazing long days and light nights.

Please note that the minimum number required for the trip to go ahead is six full fare paying passengers.
You should take warm clothing and sleeping bag. Although some sizes of wellingtons and waterproofs are available it would be advisable to take your own if possible.
If any trip is cancelled because of circumstances beyond the Swan Trust's own control then the customers should refer to the terms of their own travel insurance. If the Swan Trust makes the decision to cancel a trip then any monies paid will be refunded in full, but will not include any additional travelling expenses incurred by the passenger.
